Instructions
Heat oil in a panSaute Cinnamon, Cardamom and star Anise, and Curry leaves for 2 min.Add onions and green chillies. Saute untilonions turn golden.5Add in Ginger Garlic Paste.6.Add in Chilli Paste (optional)Keep saute until the raw smell dissapear.Add tomato nd saute until the tomato turns mushyAdd in Penang Masala Powder with some water.Add in the Crabs with a little water.Thoroughly coat the crab pieces with the masala.Cover with the lid and cook the crab for 8 to 10 minstiring occasionally.Add in Coconut milk.Sprinkle some handful of chopped coriander leavesand rdy to serve.
