In a pot, boil the MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari (noodles only without the Tastemaker), drain and set it aside.Next, heat the corn oil in a wok.When the oil is hot, crack in the egg and add in Penang Masala, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce. Stir thoroughly.When the eggs are cooked, add the noodles . Also, add in the mustard greens, tomato and fried beancurd.Stir thoroughly to break down the eggs into small bits. Next, add the prawns and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes.Now that your noodles is ready, serve on a plate and place the calamansi on the side. Enjoy!
